About the Role

Vinfen is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team in providing support to individuals with brain injury or behavioral conditions in a small group residential setting or individual living arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP)
  • Implement treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life
  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care and household tasks
  • Participate in nightly cleaning and filing duties

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field preferred
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, behavioral conditions, and/or brain injury strongly preferred
  • Strong time management and writing skills
  • Current, valid US driver's license for at least one year
  • CPR, First Aid, and MAP certification within specified timeframes
  • Successful completion of CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, and driving record checks
