We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Ambassador to join our team at the Best Western Premier Puyallup. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Hotel Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and surrounding areas.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform cleaning duties.
- Competitive Pay: $17.97 to $19.72 per hour, depending on experience.
