About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Ambassador to join our team at the Best Western Premier Puyallup. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including the reception desk, waiting areas, and surrounding spaces.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with room assignments, check-in, and check-out procedures.
  • Provide information and directions to guests, including local attractions and amenities.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
