**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audio-Video Installation Specialist to join our team at OPTECH. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the successful outcome of projects, overseeing and training co-workers, and ensuring the highest level of quality in all installations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and participate in the installation of audio/video systems in commercial environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with sales engineers, project teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in audio/video technology
**Requirements**
- Three years of experience leading installations and troubleshooting audio/video systems
- Five years of experience installing and troubleshooting audio/video systems, including flat panels, projectors, structured cabling systems, audio systems, and video distribution systems
- Applicable industry trainings, such as AVIXA/Infocomm CTS, Biamp, Crestron, Extron, and Legrand AV
- Experience with structured cabling and/or security/surveillance is a plus
- Familiarity with construction techniques and computer and networking experience
- Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be versatile
- Able to pass background check and become DCJS licensed
