Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct all on-site construction operations for mission-critical data center initiatives, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Work in close partnership with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project objectives and specifications.
  • Oversee subcontractors and labor teams, cultivating a productive and secure work atmosphere.
  • Create and uphold comprehensive project schedules, proactively resolving issues and delays.

  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, emphasizing teamwork.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
