Core Responsibilities:
- Direct all on-site construction operations for mission-critical data center initiatives, ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Work in close partnership with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project objectives and specifications.
- Oversee subcontractors and labor teams, cultivating a productive and secure work atmosphere.
- Create and uphold comprehensive project schedules, proactively resolving issues and delays.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
- Conduct frequent inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and construction quality.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders, providing timely updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

- Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, emphasizing teamwork.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
