Job Summary

Asian Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide clinical and case management services to clients, conduct psychosocial evaluations and assessments, and develop treatment plans to promote overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical rehabilitation and case management services to clients, including individual, group, and family rehabilitation services.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing psychological strength-based assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to identify and pursue necessary resources to implement treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed, including brief intervention and coordination of treatment elements.
  • Document clinical assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans for all clients served promptly.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, clinical or counseling psychology, or a related field.
  • Registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California as an ASW, MFT-Intern, or PCC-Intern.
  • Board of Psychology as a Psychological Assistant.
