  • Analyze Customer Feedback: Interpret customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Measure and Report Customer Experience Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Customer Experience: Proven track record of success in customer experience roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret customer feedback and data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: Preferred qualification for this role.
