- 5+ Years of Experience in Customer Experience: Proven track record of success in customer experience roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Exceptional Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret customer feedback and data to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: Preferred qualification for this role.
