  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers on insurance options, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, equipped to meet customer needs, and effectively marketed to promote relevant products.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals.
  • Proficiency in Windows computer applications and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License, as well as Life and Health License.
