Chief Nursing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Nursing Officer to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations to facilitate organizational success related to clinical strategic goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Nursing Service Department to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement hospital policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective clinical operations.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Governing Board to establish and achieve clinical strategic goals and objectives.
- Market clinical services to promote the hospital's ability to provide high-quality care.
- Develop and manage budgets related to clinical services to ensure resources are adequate to maintain clinical operations.
- Master of Science in Nursing or related healthcare field required.
- Minimum of three years of nursing/management experience desired.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and accrediting body regulations and standards related to healthcare.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
