Role Overview:

The Senior Legal Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive support to the Corporate Compliance Executive and the Safety, Health, and Environment Executive. This role encompasses a variety of complex administrative tasks, requiring interaction with legal professionals, corporate executives, and external counsel while managing sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage expense reports for executive leaders.
  • Assist in the processing and approval of invoices.
  • Support Executive Leaders with daily administrative tasks, project management, and communication, including managing calls, messages, and mail.
  • Efficiently manage calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Create high-quality reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Draft correspondence and prepare documents with precision based on verbal and written instructions.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding sensitive corporate and personnel information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative or legal support roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email/calendar management.
  • Typing speed of 55+ WPM with strong grammar and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience within a corporate legal department or large law firm.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating poise and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to urgent project needs and changing priorities.
