Job Title: Retail Sales AssociateWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and acknowledge every customer with a positive and friendly approach.
- Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
- Be an Ollie's store and inventory expert, knowing our weekly deals and the incredible value we provide our customers.
- Assist with freight logistics and learn how great retailers merchandise their products.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Happy to train new Associates who may not have 6 months of prior retail experience.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
- A positive attitude and team player who wants to delight and serve customers.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
