Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals struggling with chemical dependency, substance abuse, or addiction.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with The Joint Commission and CMS standards of care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and counseling sessions to support patients' recovery.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in dual diagnosis, 12-step programs, and substance abuse treatment.
  • Current licensure or certification in substance abuse counseling, or in process of obtaining.
  • CPR/First Aid and CPI Training.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
