About the Job:

We seek a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Create engaging content calendars, manage daily posting activities, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather market insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as a traffic manager, coordinating project timelines and resources to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
  • Assist in developing PR strategies to generate positive media coverage and enhance our brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing and communications roles, with a proven track record of success in brand management, digital marketing, and integrated communications.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate partners to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in crisis communications, media relations, and PR.
  • Experience in social media management, digital analytics tools, and marketing automation software.

Compensation and Benefits:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include training and travel opportunities, and a valid driver's license is required. We also require successful completion of all required criminal background checks and the ability to navigate and execute software programs.
