Position Summary:
The Veterinary Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing multiple Affordable Animal Hospital locations, ensuring high standards of medical and nursing operations. This role requires regular travel to various locations, all within a manageable distance, to foster collaboration and maintain quality care across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Manager to set operational standards.
- Mentor and guide new veterinarians in areas such as surgery, diagnostics, and case management.
- Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork among staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Veterinary License in California or in the process of obtaining one.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of veterinary experience.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Successful completion of background checks.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to California.
