  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and enthusiastic store crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide inspirational feedback and coaching to team members, promoting a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Manage employee schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient store operations.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Manage key financial aspects, including cash handling, sales reporting, and budgeting.
  • Assume responsibility for store operations during the Store Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and minimal disruption.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO; 21 years of age for all other states.
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle.
  • Liability insurance on such vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English with basic math skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Eager to learn and grow with our company.
