Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant I to join our team at Icon Consultants.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage correspondence and communication, including emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings, including arranging conferences and booking travel
  • Handle confidential materials and personnel records, including payroll and salary data
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range

An estimated salary for this position is around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
