About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Cortica. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing Play-Based ABA Therapy to children with autism and other developmental differences in the home, community, school, or clinic settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement positive behavior strategies as developed and analyzed with the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Work in collaboration with the BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans that promote the child's growth and development.
  • Provide direct implementation of behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in both 1:1 and group settings.
  • Assist with individualized assessment procedures through preference assessments and data collection.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED, bachelor's degree in human services (or related), or master's degree.
  • Valid Driver's License (within the state you are working) and reliable transportation.
  • Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certification or willingness to obtain the BCAT credential via Cortica's paid training program within the first 45 days of employment.
