Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Help, Hope, Solutions LLC. As a key member of our clinical department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders, learning disabilities, and other social, language, and cognitive deficits.

Job Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician will work under the direction of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Clinical Supervisors to implement ABA therapy sessions, collect and record data, and maintain accurate records. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, depending on your availability, with a competitive hourly rate of $17.50-$19.00.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy sessions with clients of varying functional and developmental levels, and degrees of aggression.
  • Collect and record accurate data, complete graphs and program guides, and write clear summaries of therapy sessions.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor throughout therapy sessions and adhere to program changes, datasheet changes, and behavior protocols.
  • Implement sensory requirements for each client and maintain organized and structured therapy sessions.
Requirements
  • Degree or in pursuit of a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education, Child Development, or Speech).
  • Prior ABA experience and/or childcare experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of organization and independence.
