Position Overview:
ATR International is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist II to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional assistance to our clients and franchisees through various communication channels including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.


Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with both basic and advanced technical inquiries, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Effectively communicate with clients, especially in high-pressure situations, to ensure their needs are met.

Core Duties:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Assess customer needs quickly and direct calls appropriately.
• Adhere to departmental metrics and guidelines as set by management.
• Exhibit a passion for customer service in all aspects of the role.
• Participate in required training sessions and meetings.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the management database.
• Ensure timely handling of messages and callbacks.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in automotive troubleshooting and repair is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
• Bilingual skills in Spanish or French are preferred.
