Job Title: Maintenance Technician II

Sentral Services is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to identify areas that require attention.
  • Prepare vacant rental units for occupancy, ensuring they meet Sentral's high standards.
  • Respond to employee and resident requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are on hand.
  • Keep the work area clean and equipment in good working order.
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of Sentral's policies and procedures.
  • Perform duties according to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Seek opportunities to increase skills and expand knowledge base.
  • Wear required uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Computer skills, including internet, email, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Familiarity with common cleaning tools and proficiency in unskilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, including work orders, safety rules, and operating instructions.
  • Thorough and attentive to detail.
  • HVAC Certification (preferred).
  • EPA Certification (preferred).
