About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Director for the Midwest territory. As a key member of our Intermediary Sales channel, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our business presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales management to provide valuable feedback and insights on industry trends and market demands.
  • Achieve top-tier market share at the territory level, focusing on our key RIAs and products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors, providing them with the latest investment strategies and business management ideas.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our market share and growing our business.
  • Work closely with our home office platform investment strategy consultants and key accounts relationship managers to successfully implement strategies across internal and external distribution channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success and established relationships with top RIAs.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) certifications.
  • Reside within the territory.
  • Focused on achieving goals, motivated to excel, and dedicated to providing excellent service.
  • High energy, sense of urgency, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent relationship building skills, combined with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment that values independent thinking.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills to effectively engage and inspire clients.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time to meet with clients and expand our business presence.
