Imaging Services Director

In collaboration with the Imaging Services Directors across Froedtert Health, this role is responsible for the overall direction, management, and control of assigned Site and/or Modality Section.
Directs assigned staff and procedures in quality patient care, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient experiences. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Imaging Services Directors to develop and implement strategic plans for assigned sites and modality sections.
- Direct and manage assigned staff, providing guidance and support to ensure quality patient care and exceptional patient experiences.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Froedtert Health standards.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage budgets for assigned sites and modality sections, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
- Demonstrated competency and knowledge in the area of operations and/or a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, NM/PET Technologist, or Sonographer depending upon the modality area assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Health Administration, or related field is required. Prior healthcare management/supervisory experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or other applicable modality certification is required. Current state of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer is required.
