Job Summary

The Executive Director of Clinical Operations for Inception Health/Executive Director of Digital Health Clinical Operations for Froedtert Health is responsible for driving the strategic alignment of digital health clinical efforts across Inception Health and Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a related healthcare leadership role, preferably in a major hospital, health system, and/or teaching hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage digital health programs in a highly matrixed environment
  • Recognize and drive quality care through professional knowledge and clinical ability
  • Motivate, cooperate with, and work effectively with others
  • Interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions
  • Exercise initiative and judgment, and lead/drive change in the face of opposition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact)
