Horizon Health is seeking a PRN (as needed) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Eastern Region.

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, and with the guidance and support of a mentor, the NP or PA will provide care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

New graduates are encouraged to apply.

The organization is looking for a highly professional individual with strong communication skills and committed to coordinating all aspects of primary care for the patients served.

Successful candidates should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Successful candidates must be licensed or be able to successfully obtain licensure in the State of South Dakota.
