**Job Description:** Office Coordinator
The Wichita Area Builders Association is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team. This role involves managing front desk duties, performing administrative tasks, and coordinating meetings and events.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet members and guests with excellent customer service skills.
- Perform duties assigned by the Executive Officer and other key staff members.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including setting up Zoom meetings and preparing conference rooms.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 efficiently for word processing, data entry, and other tasks.
- Assist in planning and coordinating committee and council meetings, social events, and other activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Estimated Salary: $52,000 per year.
