About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Coordinator to join our team at ProHome LLC. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Summary

The Client Relationship Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for a group of homeowners, sub-contractors, builders, and developers within assigned territories. Responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating subcontractors to meet contractual conditions, preparing reports, and becoming proficient in ProHome services and terminology.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as lead point of contact for assigned territories, managing relationships with homeowners, sub-contractors, builders, and developers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, claims, and requests for service calls, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate subcontractors to meet contractual conditions of performance, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare reports and document job status and completion, maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Become and remain proficient in ProHome services and associated terminology, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Plan, organize, and officiate builder meetings, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Friendly relationship builder with excellent customer service skills, able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Proficient professional business communication – written and oral, with ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Exceptional follow-up, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills, with ability to navigate challenging situations and find effective solutions.
  • Must be able to successfully use CRM systems, internet, and office programs.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401K, employee assistance program, paid training, game room and fitness center, spot awards, teammate of the month recognition, and quarterly incentives.
