Job Summary

The Recruiting Processor plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of driver applications by obtaining and recording employment verifications from past employers. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively communicate with recruiters, management, and past employers.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obtain employment verifications from past employers through phone calls or online requests.
  • Verify the accuracy of information received and compare it to established hiring criteria.
  • Communicate discrepancies to recruiters and management, and provide solutions to resolve issues.
  • Research and verify phone numbers of previous employers to ensure accurate contact information.
  • Enter verifications received into the driver applicant management system.
  • Check daily for missing records and ensure all end dates are updated on drivers in orientation.
  • Update driver referral bonus and sign-on bonus files as needed and report to payroll, recruiting, and management.
  • Communicate orientation information to hotels, orientation managers, recruiters, and management.
Talent Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, paired with relevant professional experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with owner operators, other departments, and management personnel.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to navigate multiple programs with strong keyboard and 10-key skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters related to driver applicants.
