Job Summary

This role reports directly to the Director of Facilities Operations Officer; an individual in this role will assist with the daily and ongoing preventative maintenance of all Waterstone Bank locations and any rented properties.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Knowledge and basic experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, Ability to learn or know building automation controls.
  • Basic electrical skills, light fixture change out, ballasts, bulbs.
  • Plumbing-Toilet repair, faucet repair/replace, drain cleaning.
  • Understanding of security aspects and importance of why.
  • Shared on call responsibility.
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Trouble shooting ability.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Back up for Mail Room Courier duties.
Certifications, Licenses, Registration
  • None.
QualificationsExperience
  • 3-5 year's experience in commercial office maintenance.
Education
  • High School.
Preferred
  • High School 3 years minimum field experience.
  • Additional education and/or experience: Basic computer skills, Outlook, MS Word and willingness to learn and adapt to other programs used in this position.
Working Conditions

A valid driver's license is required. Driving record must be in accordance with Waterstone Bank's Vehicle Safety Policy.
