Job Summary

Luytens Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Manage and maintain our device locker and vending machine.
  • Administer and support Windows, MacOS, and Red Hat Linux systems.
  • Support Microsoft Office Suite, Cloud storage applications, and Adobe applications.
  • Support mobile devices and endpoint administration tools.
  • Process and manage ServiceNow tickets.
Requirements
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on-site and remotely.
