POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Housing Assistance Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to execute specialized administrative tasks for the Housing Choice Voucher Program under the supervision of the Program Manager. This role involves assessing eligibility, calculating assistance amounts, and ensuring adherence to program regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in Community or Social Services
- Experience with federally funded programs and Housing Choice Vouchers is preferred
Language Proficiency:
Ability to read and write in English is essential for understanding written procedures and federal documentation. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
