Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Assistant to join our team at the Albuquerque Housing Authority. As a key member of our Asset Management Division, you will provide administrative support to our housing rental properties, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to assigned properties, including tenant relations, customer service, compliance, and eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files and related documentation.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure effective property management and maintenance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Equivalent to graduation from the twelfth (12th) grade and one (1) year of experience supporting property management, facilities management, or affordable housing programs and activities.
  • Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid New Mexico driver's license upon appointment.
  • Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures and federal documents.
