Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing neuro surgical procedures, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in neuro surgical care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an associate degree or higher.
- Active RN license in the State of Michigan.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 2+ years of experience in a medical-surgical or neuro surgical setting.
