We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at GARY YEOMANS FORD KNOXVILLE in Tennessee. This is a full-time position offering a guaranteed salary of $4,000 - $15,000 per month, including benefits such as Health Insurance, 401k, Vision, Dental, and paid vacations.
Responsibilities- Establish strong relationships with clients through professional communication, utilizing phone, internet, and in-person interactions to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
- Showcase excellent listening and learning skills to understand client requirements and interests, providing tailored support and follow-up processes to drive results.
- Maintain the highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethics at all times, adhering to industry standards and company values.
- Analyze market trends, industry promotions, and internal processes to stay up-to-date and provide valuable insights to drive sales growth.
- Pursue management, industry, and corporate training to meet certification requirements and enhance career development.
