Parkside Kia is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team. As a sales representative for our automotive division, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting products and services, and achieving sales goals in the auto industry.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, commission on sales targets, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming leads and follow up with potential customers via phone or email.
  • Build rapport and trust with customers to determine their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed set monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotions.
  • Utilize dealership CRM system to track customer interactions, appointments, and sales progress.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in a similar role, ideally in the auto industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software a plus.
