Personal Trainer and Sales Consultant

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, hourly rate, commission, and bonus structure to our sales consultants. Our compensation package is designed to motivate and reward high-performing team members who drive revenue growth and provide exceptional customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will serve as the primary ambassador for Workout Anytime, promoting our brand, services, and values to potential customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in all members
- Answering phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
- Setting up new memberships
- Selling personal training
- Conducting guest tours
- Assisting with the club's daily maintenance
You will also be responsible for creating relationships with existing and potential customers, following up on leads, and participating in marketing events.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Some experience in the fitness industry or sales
- A flexible work schedule with availability to work weekends
- Prior gym experience is preferred but not required
