New Phlebotomy Supervisor Night Shift Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Phlebotomy Supervisor to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of phlebotomists and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of phlebotomists to ensure efficient and effective blood collection procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve laboratory operations and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to phlebotomists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • ASCP (or equivalent) certification required.
  • Background in laboratory operations and leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts.
