The Marketing Events Coordinator role is an essential part of our marketing and business development team.

This entry-level position begins with a thorough training program that covers fundamental marketing strategies, direct consumer engagement, promotional methodologies, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Upon successful completion of the training, individuals may advance to a leadership role within the marketing team. The Marketing Events Coordinator will report directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Aiding in customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Effectively managing external customer needs
- Cultivating strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Problem-solving and exercising professional judgment

Qualifications:
- Availability for full-time hours, including some weekends for special events.
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team settings.
- Willingness to travel for training opportunities at least once or twice a year.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
- Self-motivated, creative thinker, and effective problem solver.
