Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to assist our clients with daily living skills and share responsibility for all clients in the house.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist clients with activities of daily living skills
  2. Support client healthcare needs and follow-up care
  3. Maintain a safe and clean residence environment
  4. Model positive behavior and ensure respectful communication
  5. Complete schedules, notes, and shift logs in the EHR
  6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards, and Maryland State Regulations
Requirements
  • High School diploma and 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults
  • Licensed CNA/GNA with 2 years' experience working with mentally ill adults
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Full valid driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
