Position: Senior Litigation Paralegal at Carpenter & Zuckerman

Position Overview

As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you will be instrumental in assisting our legal team throughout the litigation journey. Your responsibilities will encompass the preparation of legal documents, conducting research, and aiding in the drafting of pleadings and motions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and respond to written discovery requests
  • Utilize management software to track critical dates
  • Ensure compliance with lawsuit filing timelines
  • Prepare a variety of legal documents
  • Coordinate depositions and hearings
  • Request medical records and compile case statements
  • Undertake additional tasks as necessary

Required Qualifications

  • Strong command of the English language
  • Knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure
  • Ability to draft formal correspondence
  • 5-7 years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
