Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Enterprise Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing car service, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure our fleet of vehicles is safe and reliable for our customers.
Responsibilities:- Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tire checks and fluid level checks.
- Perform preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, according to manufacturer specifications.
- Repair and replace tires, as well as replace wearable parts, such as bulbs and wipers.
- Maintain accurate repair records and document all work performed.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Two years of automotive repair training at an accredited technical/trade school or a minimum of one year of repair experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles.
- 4+ current and valid ASE certifications required (A1-A8, L1 or L3).
- Virginia State Inspection (preferred, but required within the first 90 days of employment).
- Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
- Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
- Must have a satisfactory background check, inclusive of driving, employment reference, education, and social security.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $31.50, with opportunities for additional pay based on certifications and experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including paid time off, employee rental car discounts, and training and development opportunities.
