Transformative Automotive Technician/Mechanic Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance and repair services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and suspension alignments.
  • Troubleshoot guest concerns, collaborating with colleagues to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Complete detailed preventative maintenance reports using digital visual inspections.
  • Maintain open communication with the service department to keep customers informed.
  • Support housekeeping duties as needed, upholding high standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working as a mechanic/technician in an automotive shop.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Necessary set of tools to perform repairs and maintenance.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift and move over 50 pounds, work with tools on vehicles lifted above head, and navigate tight spaces.
