Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing car service, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure our vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers.
Responsibilities:- Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tire checks, brake checks, and fluid level checks.
- Perform preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, according to manufacturer specifications.
- Repair and replace tires, as well as replace wearable parts, such as bulbs and wipers.
- Maintain accurate repair records and comply with part and inventory tracking procedures.
- Provide safe and reliable vehicles to customers upon completion of services.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Two years of automotive repair training at an accredited technical/trade school or a minimum of one year of repair experience in an automotive repair shop servicing current model vehicles.
- 4+ current and valid ASE certifications required (A1-A8, L1 or L3).
- Virginia State Inspection (preferred, but required within the first 90 days of employment).
- Understanding of GM, Ford, Toyota, and Chrysler warranty procedures is a plus.
- Must have a valid US driver's license for a minimum of 1 year.
- Must have a satisfactory background check, inclusive of driving, employment reference, education, and social security.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Tool allowance of $600 annually.
- ASE Certification reimbursement (whether you pass or not).
- Hourly rate (not flat rate).
- ASEs beyond the required minimum of 4 will increase hourly rate by an additional $1.25/hour (up to 10 total - A1-A8, L1 and L3).
- Additional $3.50/hour after Virginia State Inspection is obtained.
- Uniforms are provided and laundered at no cost.

Wednesday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
Thursday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
Friday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
Saturday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
