Your Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management
  • Familiarity with new construction or lease-up properties
  • Ability to work efficiently and organized under pressure

  • Capability to meet leasing targets consistently
  • Accuracy in processing paperwork
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively
  • Competence in presenting information to management and residents
  • Basic math skills for calculations
  • Experience with file audits and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Willingness to learn Google Suites
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Experience collaborating across various departments
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations and local laws
  • Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours daily, with varying periods of walking and standing
  • Engagement in repetitive motions, listening, and visual tasks
  • Continuous communication through talking and hearing
  • Capability to operate office equipment such as computers and printers
