Leasing Agent

Guardian Management is seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Agent to join our team at Tiller Terrace. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for conducting day-to-day leasing activities, maintaining positive resident and prospective relations, and ensuring good physical appearance and maintenance upkeep of vacant units.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct leasing activities, including showing apartments, answering questions, and processing applications.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest cards, application status, and lease renewals.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, Landlord Tenant Laws, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, prospects, and staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the Community Manager and Maintenance Staff to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Landlord Tenant Laws.
- College degree in a related field.
- Experience with property management software and systems.
- Knowledge of affordable housing concepts and programs.
