As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing exceptional sales and service support. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Provide exceptional sales and service support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and business objectives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert guidance to customers
• Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in aggressive lease sales and marketing, preferably in a heavy industrial environment
• Strong working knowledge of trucking industry, equipment, and customers
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
