Job Title: IT Management Analyst - Advanced

This position is responsible for assisting the IT department with all IT-related issues to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run queries in commitment control in SHARE to reconcile and track all expenditures, including new programs.
  • Assist with procurement, travel, and accounts payable for all IT-related issues.
  • Provide procurement services for the Information Technology Division.
  • Cooperate with other Bureau Sections, field business offices, division staff, vendors, and other agencies regarding procurement and accounts payable for the Information Technology Division.
  • Process all travel requests for division staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and two years of experience in accounting, procurement, and processing travel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and SHARE Financial and Human Capital Management.
  • Valid Driver's License and Defensive Driving Certificate.
Working Conditions:

Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Possible exposure to irate clientele. Some statewide travel may be required. Incumbent will work under stress and frequent time constraints.
