Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled Case Coordinator to join our Class Action department. About Our Department
Our Class Action department is a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires exceptional organization and project management skills. As a Case Coordinator, you'll work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient case management. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed case files and records using Litify, as well as providing essential data, metrics, and analysis to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between attorneys and clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and proactively providing case status updates.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed case files and records using Litify.
  • Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient case management.
  • Provide essential data, metrics, and analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Labor and Employment and Wage & Hour or in a related client-facing role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience using Litify or similar case/document management systems/legal software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Spanish fluency a plus.
