Work Environment:
Our team operates in various outdoor settings. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the following tasks:

  • Safely using ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator
  • Working in diverse weather conditions
Qualifications for Success:
** No prior experience necessary – Customer service, general labor, or construction experience is advantageous

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check is mandatory
  • Capability to work independently in the field, manage route-based tasks, and engage positively with clients
