- Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Assessing properties for wildlife-related issues, including inspections of roofs, attics, and crawlspaces
- Safely removing nuisance wildlife from various properties
- Conducting exclusion work to prevent wildlife from re-entering structures
- Installing and maintaining bait stations and exclusion devices
- Operating and caring for service vehicles and equipment

- You are comfortable with physical tasks and getting your hands dirty

Work Environment:
Our team operates in various outdoor settings. Candidates must be physically capable of performing the following tasks:
- Safely using ladders within the manufacturer's weight limits
- Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Working in diverse weather conditions
** No prior experience necessary – Customer service, general labor, or construction experience is advantageous
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check is mandatory
- Capability to work independently in the field, manage route-based tasks, and engage positively with clients
Job Type:
Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour
