We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Quest Food Management Services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items to our customers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and present menu items to Quest standards
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
* Bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning
* Maintain a consistent and professional demeanor while serving customers
* Assist in cold prep, salad, and grab & go production with recipes
* Serve food on the hot line
* Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines
* Receive and put away all kitchen deliveries
