Lead Salesforce Developer Opportunity

Hydrogen Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and deploy custom Salesforce features, including Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
  • Configure Salesforce to align with our clients' business workflows.
  • Partner with developers and administrators to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high code quality through adherence to best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and technologies to suggest and apply system enhancements.
  • Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials, and provide user training and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with extensive knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.
  • Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with integration tools and technologies is an asset.
